Groupe GM announces major expansion of its distribution network to South America and Africa

PARIS, 8th October 2012 – Groupe GM, leading international player in the guest amenity industry is pleased to announce the expansion of its international distribution network. Three new distributors in South America and in Africa, have joined Groupe GM’s network of exclusive members. In addition, two existing distributors have extended their influence in Africa. The French company’s product lines will now reach eleven new international destinations, covering more than 60 countries across all continents.

The new countries now covered by the exclusive members of Groupe GM network include:

  • Brazil, via Santa Fe Trading. This large-scale distributor, which already distributes a wide range of hospitality products, joins Groupe GM’s network of exclusive members and will now cover the vast network of Brazilian hoteliers.
  • Chile and Peru, via HELIOS, Groupe GM’s new exclusive distributor. HELIOS will exclusively distribute Groupe GM’s portfolio of products in Chilean and Peruvian hotels.
  • Morocco, via AFICOM, existing member of Groupe GM which opened a sales branch in Morocco. Headquartered in Paris, AFICOM already distributes Groupe GMs products across several large European markets, including France, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda will now have access to Groupe GM cosmetics and accessories lines, thanks to Kenyan based company, IMPLEMENT Ltd.
  • Cape Verde, Angola and Mozambique have been added to the portfolio of existing Portuguese distributer, AMENITIES 62, which is headquartered in Porto.
